YAMI4 v. 1.2.0 released

With 3 bugs fixed and 9 new or improved features, YAMI4 v. 1.2.0 is released upon the world.

Some of the changes in this version are:

  • Fixed frame size computation bug in core.
  • Fixed bug in closing connections in core.
  • Fixed flow control bug in Java (starvation in massively multithreaded systems).
  • Added support for Python 2.5+ (separate module, backported from Python3).

Plus a lot of other things.

I’ve reported on YAMI4 before, but only today did I notice that there’s a YAMI4 Google Group available for users to meet and talk about their experiences with YAMI4, or perhaps just ask Maciej Sobczak questions.
